Rancho Cielo’s Drummond Culinary Academy’s Friday Night Dinners are open from October through May. Guests have the unique opportunity to participate in their learning process, which is as much hospitality and culinary training as an empowerment journey. 

Choose from a seasonally inspired, three-course prix fixe menu ($75/person), with produce from Rancho Cielo’s organic garden and honey from its apiary. Rancho Cielo is top-rated on Tripadvisor and Yelp and was named a Blue Zone Project-approved restaurant in 2020. 

BRUNCHES ARE BACK FOR A LIMITED TIME!

Our Summer Brunch Series will be offered on three consecutive Sundays in July: July 12, 19 and 26. Brunch will be served inside the dining room and on our outdoor patio, with beautiful views of the Salinas Valley.

Our students will be preparing classic favorites like French toast, omelets, oysters and more (fresh-squeezed orange juice and mimosas, too)! Students will be cooking your dishes to order. You may visit the food stations as often as you like. Full brunch menu coming soon.

  • A credit card is required to make your reservation. All credit card information will be processed securely.
  • Cancellation policy: You may cancel or modify your reservation at any time, but cancellations/modifications made within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged a $25 fee per person.
  • $85/person, plus tax (with gratuity optional).
  • Local wine and beer are available for purchase, or you can bring in your own wine for a $25 corkage fee.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Estevan Jimenez, students prepare and serve contemporary California cuisine that speaks to the bounty and culture of the Salinas Valley and the students themselves.
